Your role

As a Systems Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our engineering delivery — taking full ownership of systems, aligning design intent with requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders across the board. You’ll be the glue that holds design, documentation, and testing together.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the charge on individual systems, managing diverse workstreams and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • Review and align multiple sources of design information to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Validate that requirements match the design intent and manage ECRs and outlier changes.
  • Ensure supplier documentation updates are accurately reflected in requirement sets.
  • Review trial test specs to confirm they fully test against all requirements.
  • Mark up schematics and block diagrams to support design clarity

Your Profile

  • Proven experience working with systems of varying complexity.
  • Strong attention to detail and a systems-thinking mindset.
  • Ability to manage documentation and stakeholder communication effectively.
  • Familiarity with DOORS is a plus — but not a dealbreaker.
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for solving real-world engineering problems
