National Field Sales Manager – Ferrero Ireland, County Dublin, Ireland
At Field Sales Solutions, we represent some of the world’s most recognisable brands, delivering excellence in field sales and customer engagement. We are now recruiting for an experienced and driven National Field Sales Manager to lead our Ferrero Ireland field sales operation.
This is a unique opportunity to work on behalf of Ferrero – home to household favourites such as Nutella, Kinder, Ferrero Rocher, and Tic Tac – and play a key role in driving sales growth, visibility, and distribution across Ireland.
The Role
As National Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our Ferrero Ireland field team. Leading a team of Regional Sales Managers (each with their own team of 10 Sales Representatives), you’ll inspire, coach, and empower them to deliver exceptional performance across all channels.
You’ll work closely with both Ferrero and Field Sales Solutions leadership, ensuring strategy, objectives, and execution are perfectly aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to achieve sales and distribution targets.
- Drive ROI, visibility, and brand presence across Grocery, Convenience, Impulse, and Cash & Carry channels.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum value for the client and profitability for Field Sales Solutions.
- Deliver regular business performance reviews and recommend strategic improvements.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-performing talent within the sales team.
- Partner with Ferrero and Field Sales Solutions stakeholders to align on strategy and operational excellence.
- Build strong customer relationships and educate retailers on category opportunities in line with Ferrero’s trade marketing plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting approaches to maximise growth.
About You
We’re looking for a commercially minded leader with proven experience managing large field sales teams. You’ll bring:
- Strong background in FMCG sales leadership.

- Track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs within budget.
