Right now, we’re looking for a Telephone / Online Sales Executive Apprentice to help us grow our training and development programmes by turning interest into action.

Your impact: 

As a Telephone / Online Sales Executive, you’ll be the voice of our Skills & Training team — helping individuals and employers access funded and commercial training opportunities. You’ll guide potential learners from first enquiry through to enrolment, making sure every interaction is professional, supportive, and purpose-driven.

Your work will directly help people upskill, find better employment, and achieve their goals while contributing to Get Set UK’s mission to build stronger, more resilient communities.

  • Engage and Convert: Make outbound calls and respond to inbound enquiries, promoting our training programmes to individuals and businesses.

  • Advise and Guide: Recommend suitable funded or commercial courses that match customer needs.

  • Drive Enrolments: Convert leads into confirmed learner registrations or employer agreements.

  • Relationship Building: Develop lasting relationships with learners, employers, and referral partners.

  • Stay Organised: Manage your CRM, pipelines, and follow-ups to maintain an accurate record of all activity.

  • Collaborate: Work with delivery, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure a smooth enrolment experience.

  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly recruitment and conversion goals.

  • Report Progress: Track performance and contribute to team reporting and continuous improvement.
