Contract: 1-jarig tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband (afhankelijk van prestaties)

Germains Seed Technology, een wereldwijde marktleider in zaadveredeling, zoekt een ervaren Productiemanager voor onze vestiging in Aalten.
In deze rol ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de volledige productieafdeling — waarbij je efficiëntie, kwaliteit, veiligheid en kostenbeheersing aanstuurt. Je leidt een groot en toegewijd team, beheert budgetten en voorraden en werkt nauw samen met collega’s van Kwaliteit, R&D, Financiën en Commercie om de productie op topniveau te houden.
Dit is een uitstekende kans voor een gedreven professional die energie krijgt van afwisseling, teamleiding en het verbeteren van processen in een complexe productieomgeving.
Wat je gaat doen
- Leiden en bewaken van productieprocessen en specificaties.
- Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsprocedures en continu verbeteren waar mogelijk.
- Medewerkers opleiden en verantwoordelijkheden duidelijk maken.
- Operationele knelpunten signaleren en oplossen met focus op productiviteit en efficiëntie.
Wat je meebrengt
- HBO-werk- en denkniveau.
- Ruime ervaring in productie of operations, bij voorkeur met proces- of installatietechniek.
- Grondige kennis van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften in een industriële omgeving.
- Sterke analytische en besluitvaardige vaardigheden.
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels, in woord en geschrift.
