We are currently recruiting for a Relief Chef to join our team at London with travel between South of London and M25.

Location: London, with required travel between South of London, Kent, Crawley, Redhill, flexibility is a must

Rate of Pay: £41,000 per annum 

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, shifts can fall anytime between 6am to 5pm, flexibility is a must

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • Overseeing and implementing menu changes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
  • Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
  • Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
  • Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations

Our ideal Relief Chef will:

  • Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • Have experience supervising a team
  • Have experience in a similar Chef role
  • Be able to cover Chef Manager role while off site 
  • Hold a Food Hygiene & Allergens certificate
  • Have a flexible approach to working
  • Flexible with shiftwork 
  • Must be able to adapt themselves to different situation
