Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday – Thursday, 9.00am – 5.30pm, Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm)

About the Role

Are you passionate about empowering people and building stronger communities? At Broadland Housing Association, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents’ voices are heard and acted upon. Join a team that values your ideas, supports your growth, and celebrates your achievements. 

You’ll be at the heart of our Communications and Resident Engagement Team, delivering our tenant engagement plan and driving improvements in how we engage with residents. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Delivering and monitoring tenant engagement activities and their impact 
  • Supporting colleagues to champion resident involvement 
  • Providing clear performance information on engagement 
  • Using social media and other channels to connect with residents 
  • Challenging and driving improvements in engagement, with evidence of impact 

 

About You 

You’ll have experience in event or project management, with a track record of successful resident or community engagement. You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and a confident communicator—both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required, as travel throughout Norfolk will be part of the role.
