We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Coordinator to join our team at Hilton London Metropole. Now is an exciting moment to join the team as the hotel has completed a transformational refurbishment in 2022, updating its Bedrooms, Public Areas and Meeting Space, setting us well on our way to becoming Europe’s Leading Conference & Event’s Hotel!

Hilton London Metropole is the largest Hilton outside of the US, boasting 1,100 bedrooms, four unique restaurants and bars, a brand new Executive Wing with a stunning lounge and spacious suites and 35+ meeting rooms, including three ballrooms with capacity for over 1,350 guests. Annual Salary ranging from £26,000 up to £27,000

What will I be doing?

As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Team and senior management to include the reporting of past and future client business levels, appointments and leads
  • Identify new contacts and accounts, develop sales leads, and respond to client opportunities in order to maximise revenue
  • Understand fully the hotel’s repositioning following the refurbishment and be able to match the amenities, packages and promotions we can offer to meet client’s needs
  • Support projects including competitor research, local area analysis, Hilton global initiatives and tradeshow diary management
  • Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds and client events, with support from the sales team

What are we looking for?

A Hilton London Metropole Sales Coordinator is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should possess:

  • Confident and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills, including a keen eye for detail
  • High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
  • The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
  • Able to work independently to complete projects and tasks when required, and also provide valuable contributions to collaborative assignment
  • Holding a Right to Work for the UK.
