Commissioning – Enhancing Outcomes

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Senior Business Support Officer to join our Quality & Performance Adult Commissioning team, helping deliver vital services that support people across Wiltshire throughout their lives.

This role plays a key part in supporting carers by managing emergency carer card applications – making calls, confirming details, and updating records on our LAS system.

You’ll be part of a service that works strategically with partners, including the NHS and third sector organisations, to commission accommodation and community-based support for children and adults.

We’re looking for someone with strong ICT skills, experience in managing sensitive data, and excellent communication abilities. You’ll be confident using Excel, analysing data, and working with people at all levels.

If you’re someone who thrives in a busy environment, can prioritise tasks effectively, and enjoys making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
