As part of the leadership team, you'll mentor, encourage and enlighten, ensuring the linkage of our HR functions with broader business strategies, and making a profound impact on the future growth of Reckitt.
Your responsibilities
- Work closely with the SVP/ VP R&D and the Leadership Team to drive business priorities and strategy within Enabling capabilities & Medical Science
- Champion value creation through the right organization setup, attracting, developing and retaining the right talents now and for the future with a robust diverse pipeline
- Guide senior leadership, unifying our talents and objectives through a shared strategic narrative.
- Ignite cultural transformations that advance our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusivity
- Collaborate with Trade Unions and lead key ER work in Hull R&D
- Lead HR and business CFC in partnership with CFO and SVP of the region
- Collaborate with global HR and COEs to provide an exceptional employee experience and refine our operative model, applying strategies tailored to regional needs.
- Cultivate engagement and navigate change, ensuring our responses are proactive and resilient in a dynamic landscape.
Lead by example, guiding a team of HR professionals, while advocating for diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing. - Ensure all HR practices comply with local regulations, maintaining Reckitt's reputation as an employer of choice.
The experience we're looking for
- Global experience in a HRBP or COE role ideally with an R&D background with exposure of supporting Global stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills coupled with excellent communication and the ability to influence.
- Drive your HR and business agenda in a cross-matrix organization and being comfortable with dealing with complexity and paradox
- Have a proven track record of cultural savviness and/ or understanding of developing markets
- Experience in devising strategic HR interventions that deliver organizational excellence
- Outstanding ability to lead change and instill passion within diverse teams.
- Strong business acumen, value creation, OE, enterprise leadership, and experience in driving learning & development talent management engagement, compliance and DEI agenda
- Digital fluency and adeptness in leveraging data to inform compelling stories and strategies
- Creativity in addressing complex HR challenges with thoughtful and innovative solutions
- Skilled in various HR facets such as employee engagement, employment law, and people analytics
