Summary :
The successful applicant will have experience in the fast paced delivery of robust automation tests against a web application.
You will need to demonstrate a passion for automation testing, an ongoing commitment to self-improvement and help drive a positive development culture.
As we have a focus on early feedback through a high velocity of releases, you will be critical in the on-going pursuit of higher quality output by adding a significant layer of protection around our functional hot paths.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and run test cases, identify and report defects, verify builds and bug fixes, meet best practices and industry standards for quality.
– Utilize knowledge in JavaScript/Typescript for a Cypress (Playwright experience is a bonus) automation framework, writing tests and maintaining our domain or alternatively, C# and Specflow for a Selenium automation framework.
– Work within CI:CT environment collaboratively with other teams for rapid, quality, release cycles.
Skills and Experience needed:
– Passionate about technology and QA
– Willing to learn new tech concepts and try new tools
– A continuous improvement mindset
– Experience in Javascript, Typescript and Cypress or C# with Selenium and Specflow is Preferred.
– Experience with non-functional testing concepts like security (OWASP), accessibility (Lighthouse)
– Familiarity with principles of CI:CT, version control, light coding.
