The size of our organisation means you'll have the opportunity to learn and work in different functions within R&D, giving you exposure to different disciplines, teams and environments. About the role

This dynamic role provides essential administrative support to high-impact R&D teams, driving innovation across multiple sites. While the core team operates out of Salt Lake City, you'll also collaborate with brilliant minds from other U.S. locations—ensuring seamless coordination and operational excellence wherever science is happening.

 

This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain centralized team records, distribution lists, and key registers to ensure smooth information flow and operational continuity.
  • Track activities and budgets, process purchase orders (POs), and assist with general office management to keep things running efficiently.
  • Coordinate international travel and visa arrangements, support onboarding of new team members, and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Manage senior leadership calendars, provide meeting support (minutes, action tracking), and ensure coverage during absences.
  • Organize large-scale team or site events, fostering collaboration and team spirit across locations.

Planning and Management

  • Support international travel plans for relevant departments/teams, in liaison with travel agency support, including visa management.
  • Raise and process all Purchase Orders, maintain a record of all expenditure for project and non-project related activities and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely approval and payment.
  • Organize key internal and external departmental/team meetings and events on and off site, including content creation and follow-up actions.
  • Provide relevant support and information in relation to office management topics and redirect activities/support to the appropriate contact.
  • Manage calendars for senior leadership team members to ensure efficient scheduling and prioritization.

Communication & Site Activities

  • Ensure team/departmental distribution lists are up to date.
  • Assist with the production and rollout of suitable communications.
  • Support and play a key role in site-wide activities and events, including logistics, communication, and facilitation.

  • Provide meeting support including minute-taking and tracking of follow-up actions.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new team members to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven administrative skills with prior experience working in an office environment.
  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative, and managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Agile and responsive to time-bound requests and evolving needs.
  • Able to perform under pressure and maintain composure in dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrates a partnership mindset and works well within cross-functional and matrixed teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to clarity and tone.
  • Fluency in English is essential, as it is the business language used across Reckitt.
  • Demonstrates a consistently high level of energy and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, fostering a positive and motivating team environment

Salary Range

USD $59,000.00 –  $89,000.00

Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.
