“Find your role”
Our Supply Chain & Logistics teams are the powerhouse behind getting products to our shelves and into our customers’ hands. This 18-month graduate programme offers a unique opportunity to experience the full end to end supply chain journey from forecasting and planning to logistics execution while gaining a CILT-accredited qualification to support your professional development.
You’ll spend 12 months rotating across our Supply Chain teams, working closely with Buying, Modular Planning, and Replenishment to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and innovation. Then, you’ll move into a (2x 6-month placement with Asda Logistics Services (ALS), where you’ll gain hands-on experience in the operational side of our logistics network from warehouse operations to transport planning.
This is more than a graduate role it’s a launchpad into a career where you’ll influence how millions of customers shop every day.
Examples of things you could be responsible for:

Forecasting and demand planning to ensure accurate stock levels across categories

Managing supplier relationships and inventory to meet critical timelines

Supporting new store openings and seasonal events with tailored supply strategies

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical projects

Driving cost-saving initiatives and process improvements across the supply chain

Analysing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth

Supporting logistics operations in ALS, including warehouse and transport planning

Contributing to sustainability and efficiency goals across the end-to-end supply chain

You might be a recent graduate in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or you may have gained experience in a retail, logistics, or planning environment. Either way, you’re excited by the challenge of working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where no two days are the same.
